Craig, Liza and Chad on the Baden Powell Trail
This Saturday was my first long run in awhile. The thesis is successfully defended and filed in the library, the final exam is done. Nothing like good trail buddies to celebrate the MSc with - they took me on a 5 hour run! I was so pleased to be out with them that time passed quickly and before I knew it we had been out there for 5 hours. Ask me where we went and my answer is everywhere! Today Neil and I did a 2 hour run out at Buntzen followed by some retail therapy. Back to work tomorrow!
good to have you back Carolyn. Keep it up cause Rim to Rim is right around the corner. But make sure to stay on your feet at all times unlike me.
